Washington D.C.

The White House

Reflecting pool (view from the Lincoln Memorial)

Lincoln Memorial

Jefferson Memorial

Smithsonian Museum

U.S. Capitol

We drove down to Washington D.C. from NJ for about a day and a half before we flew back to Austin. I've always wanted to see D.C. and was so excited to tour all we could. We spent the most time at the Smithsonian museum and the Smithsonian Castle. Jaeden asked a security guard at the castle where the princess was and he said she was the princess. She liked that. We were so glad we were able to see all we did in one day.

Holy mass amounts of fun!!!! I am a tad jealous! Your girls are so good! I think if I did a trip like that I would want to jump off of the capitol at the end!!!

How fun. I did that in 5th grade with my parents and it was pretty cool. I really likes the Smithsonian. Looks like you had a great trip.
