Sweetberry Farms

Our little playgroup for Pflugerville Ward went to Marble Falls to pick some DELICIOUS strawberries, pet the animals and have a nice picnic. I think Jaeden and Avery ate about as many strawberries as we brought home, maybe more. We had a great time!

Sunday Outing to Mt. Bonnell

We took the girls out this afternoon for a little drive and up to Mt. Bonnell to look at the pretty view of Lake Austin. Jaeden kept finding great places that would be great to take pictures and Avery liked looking at the "wa wa". This is always one of the fun places to check out in Austin.

Camping

Avery was so cute trying to blow the dandylions with Aunt Jackie.

We had the best time camping this weekend with the Brock's and Grandma and Grandpa Haynes. We went to Black Rock Park about 15 miles from Burnet. Thanks for the fun time everyone!

Last night in Utah

We got back from the retreat Saturday evening and I had to fly back to Austin Sunday morning. MaKell, my parents, Tyler, Mandolyn and Mary went to Park City for some shopping and dinner. After, we went back to my parents house and met up with Kelly and the McKee boys. They are so cute and full of energy! I played the Wii with Mandolyn (bowling) and she was merciless on me. Then we played tennis. After that we all played Loaded Questions (a very fun game, I highly recommend it!). We were up until 1am laughing and having a great time! I wanted to thank Jackie, Amanda and Laura for watching my girls for me while Dan was at work so I could be with family in Utah.

Scrapbooking Retreat

I recently had the opportunity to go to Altamont, UT for a scrapbooking retreat with my mom, sisters and sister-in-law (thank you so much mom!) Once a year my mom puts together a girls retreat with all the sisters and this year she brought us all together for this scrapbooking retreat. We got to go up a night earlier than the rest of the group so we had a chance to be alone and have silly sister time, do pedicures (thanks mom) and laugh and of course eat delicious food. My sister Lori and her friend Lindsey put on this scrapbooking retreat twice a year at this amazing gigantic cabin. I am not much of a scrapbooker but the classes they taught were so fun. We got lots of prizes and gifts. Three of my cousins were able to come and it was so fun to see them again and be with them. We got up from our tables of hours of scrapbooking and did the Macarana, the Electric Slide and some other dances to have a little fun but mostly move! We played card games, sat in the hot tub and went for walks hoping the cows wouldn't charge us. It was such a great time to laugh, talk and have a blast with my family. Thank you so much for all of this mom, it was amazing!

In Daddy's Shoes

I was making lunch and looked behind me and saw little Avery trying so hard to walk in Daddy's shoes. It was so cute, I had to take a picture. She is growing up so fast!!
